  Hi, i'm an NSman just posted out from tracom. I wanted to go division but not posted there. Can i transfer out of my department if possible?

  check with your squad mate, see anyone want to do a one on one exchange with u or not.
  then informed your supervisor, and see what they need to do when u find a replacement for yourself

  everything have to be done before you pass out from PA unless you have valid reasons and only PNSD will be able to help u...
