Killerlitter : Bottle thrown down the block!

Was chit chatting with my neighbours at the foot of the a neighbouring block just now.
Suddenly one bottle was thrown down and landed just 1 feet away from me! My neigbours and I jumped up in fright as the sound of the bottle hitting the ground was very loud. I think it was directed at us.
This is not the first time and I am really pissed off. I callled the Police.
Police came and dusted the bottle (which did not break) for prints. They can sent the prints to check and can eliminate prints to see if it matches with anyone staying at the same block. The Police told me that the prints are very small and could be from a child.
I am not sure if I want to pursue the matter.
Anyone know what is the stand now for HDB on killer litter? Is it still seized the flat and ban the occupants from staying in HDB (as reported in the papers some time back)?
I was thinking bcoz of one kid's stupid act cost whole family to lose the flat. Not fair to the family members.
But on the other hand the bottle could have given me a very bad head injury, from the height.

Won't be so jialat bah.. Kid throw down bottle the flat will kena conggong meh? I think at most give warning.. Why not you ask the police what punishment will they face if it's a kid throwing down the bottle?
