Self defense situations for civilians

1)I would like to know my rights, supposing someone tried to rob me with a knife and i stab him back with a knife killing him and i am 15 years old what will be the fate of me.
2)Same as situation one,but what if i injure him with knife only instead?
3)A pai kia threathens me, am i allowed to take a pre-emptive strike first?
4)A pai kia assualts me, do i have a right of law to retiliate and wont get charged for injuring him.
5)My opinion, i find that when the police finds weapons on gangsters and arrest them its abit stupid, in the martial art called systema.A wallet is considered a weapon,so why dont you arrest someone with a wallet.In some other martial arts even a key is considered a weapon -

As for (4), both of you might be charged but then again this depends on the situation.. On (3), doubt so, no one is given the the right to harm any other if no danger precedes..
And (5) heh, if that's the case the number of arrest cases will surely rocket skyhigh since a true martial arts exponent would be able to wield his body alone as a weapon..

All depends on the facts. Eg. Under what situatuation did you stab him. Was he in retreat? Had he already dropped his knife? Etc.
You scenario is too vague. And systema....

so if he weld with a knife, all u can do is to knock off the knife, so there will be no immedate danger. cause the knife is the cause of the immedate danger.
if a pai kia wanted to hum tam u, all u can do is only push him away, as when he is away from u, he can post immedate danger to u .
