Enquiries regading the physical test

  Hi Ppl!
  
  Would like to know more information with regards the physical test? Are you required to run 2.4km or issit to do all the segments of nafa test?
  Is there any difference between female and male and how do they determine whether you pass it? do you have to get gold status?

  For senior police officer position? I am quite interested in this position, but kinda worried abt my fitness level.
  
  Cos i understand there is a physical test to decide your physical level.. if you pass this stage then u can go for the interview..

  too many senoir officers spoil the soup man... at the end many end up as high paid office clerks... hmmm...

  Physical assessment you got ask them means what or not. Physical fitness assessment and physical medical assessment can both be physical asessment leh.
  
  I also "hear" got opening soon, but like how long can I stay unemployed? U just graduated? Whats your credentials?

  Physical test is only being conducted after you joined SPF......
  
  And a pass is enough, but usually due to the "peer pressure" in your Squad, you will usually try to attain the best.....

  Oh yar hor.. Come to think of it.. ha.. I just assume is a fitness test.. okie.. that's good news for me.

  see
  whether you 're the sex you say you are...
  whether you got Ang kong giah..
  wheher got funny hair style/color
  whether your face will spoilt the image of police force or not
  
  There's aso this rumor they sent pple to tail you...
  
  got to be careful mah...esp with Senior officers...
