Cable wire is definately better try tying yourself with it and break it without any scissors but for handcuffs there are already many handcuff tricks known and used by notorious criminals

and one thing i hate people to say is show me the proof show me the proof why dont you ask the judge at the court if you commit homicide to show you a video of you murdering that person

handcuffs are reusable... the PLASTIC cuffs aren't... -
But they ensure better restraint on the criminal.subject and no i have seen pics of U.S special forces long ago using it as well.

But i do agree with you that cable wire are occationally being used to restrain criminals..... and its due to the officers' AOS and quick-wittedness to use cablewire at that point of time.... its a temporarily solution then a permanent solution....

yup... it is when there are many many people and not enough handcuffs.. believe you never get handcuff before.. cause if you cuff a person, you will see a full-grown man groaning in pain.. when the metal meets the bone and you just cuff that bugger tightly... it is very pain...

put on strait jacket better and hor must implant tracking device so if the person escape, can still track down

Precisely. Lets do a test. Allow someone cuffed with metal handcuffs, and someone restrained by flexicuffs to escape from custody at the same time. Lets see who can free himself faster.
