Sometimes the public says that the police presence is not felt that much so such exercise is done to make our presence even more felt.... Is Neighbourhood police Centre better than ex-police posts. -

Eveyones life is pracious. But than if its time to go so be it. Its just a precaution for everyone. You can leave it in the pocket or bag till you come across a bin mah!

But NPC system is created/suggested by us, and Japan after reviewing the NPC system believe that the NPC system can be taken as a reference....

Imagine if a bomb were to place into one of the bin and no one actually noticed it, how much can the damaged(or total of casulties to be exect) be can you imagine?
Well, I have to admit its alittle bit inconvenience, but at least its some preventive measures.... well, although i am not speaking on behalf of anyone but i am not really that against the idea of removing the rubbish bins.... -

Well..just wondering...Those SOC guys who patrol Orchard area in groups of 5-6 are armed with the H&K MP5 and a revolver.I don't see them with additional magazines or anything.So do they just carry a single mag in the gun or wat?Besides...how many rounds are loaded in the MP5?Is it given a full load of 30 rounds or just 5? Thanks for your reply...if its sensitive can PM me the reply.
Btw...i feel that its kinda weird for the officers to look so cool in their uniform with vest and SMG...but the friggin' revolver looks kinda out of place.haha -
