PO -> CID

  hi guys!
  
  i would want to go to CID and i noe tt there's no direct entry and you've to be a police officer first, so i was wondering how long must i take from a PO to transfer over to CID. I'm graduating with a diploma and i noe that the starting rank is SGT in PO.
  
  LET'S JUST SAY next time if i'm a signed-on PO, my performance is above-satisfied and no bad remarks etc... clean... How long would i take on average to transfer over to CID? And do you have the right to REQUEST-TO-BE-TRANSFERRED?

  when you reach a certain age with certain experience then you will be considered... cheers

  no depends on which branch u r going to... theres a few 20+ yrs old in CID too.
