Hi guys,
I've recently applied for the Junior Police Officer post. What i've went thru was a psychometric test, panel interview and lastly medical examination. Ytd i've called up the HQ for my application progress. Guess what? Im under deviation... Underweight, hav to seek from superior for my approval. Does this means my application chances are considered slim?

this mean your application is going to be a case by case basis.
there are some people who are classified as obese because the numbers say so, but if you look at him, he is clearly just big bone and muscular, and not fat. same for your case, they will need to judge whether you are really too scrawny or you are actually those thin but very fit type.
hard to judge, but good luck.
it's been a month now, still no news about it. tsk.
when police petrol, they petrol from 8-8 or ?

yup, they will reply to your irrespective of whether or not you succeed in your application. however, you might have to wait a while, because they will only send out the replies once they have enough people to take in as an entire batch. so sometimes you have to wait a mere few weeks, but some have to wait for many months on end.
how fast does SPF reply to someone if they want to reject the person?
people say its more benefical to enter with a uni cert than poly cert.
They say poly cert u work duno how many years to reach rank Z but when u uni go in u already around rank Y liao

Think SO make another thread bah, since the expectation is different and SO so few intake.
maybe ask mod to sticky these threads, so people with career questions can refer to the threads first before posting new ones.
