  You can buy your PT kit at beach road, i'm not sure whether SPF supplies NS men or not.
  Its a blue shorts and white polo tee.
  guitar
  
  there will be swimming lessons, so you might want to bring your goggles.
  handphone will be allowed to use after training hours.

  this is the list of what they will provide for regulars
  4 polo tee
  2 shorts
  2 boots
  2 running shoe
  3 sets of Full- U
  1 hanger
  6 big buttons for full - u
  8 small buttons for full - u
  one big crest for your peak cap
  1 peak cap
  2 collar crest
  
  i think this is what they provide for me
  but i heard that NSF ppl will receive more than us
  cause the pay we are getting is more that them
  hehe
