and it look like SPF act fast in some area but not so around HDB even it just one block away...
Funny reason, we must call the HQ than HQ call this so call NPP or NPC to go and check it out?
Btw, how many ppl here know which Police HQ and it telephone number your area is in or can some in the SPF let all know which HQ take care of which area?
Thinking shall i call the next time if things happen again

kindly take note and understand that NPPs/EPPs are not manned 24 hours is because it is more feasible to deploy the officers for patrolling after 10pm to project police presence in the neighbourhood to deter crime and render help to those in need. You can go to your nearest NPC if you need to lodge a report after 10pm, they are manned 24 hours everyday. Alternatively, you can use the new EPC, http://www.spf.gov.sg/epc/index.htm, via internet to lodge non-urgent crime reports or reporting of lost property.

No no no, dun tell me that, I am speaking up for those who still dun know... not everyone are like me had a com. at home, even have might not search at all all. I am one who din seach for it.
Maybe you should feedback for those who had posted the remark here like 'Where are you when you are needed most, Mr Policeman.' to the SPF and let them EDUCATE the public...

Than guess what, whatever i plan will BINGO.
999 will not be able to get reports of what I am doing now even there are ppl who wish to reports me...

it not just 1 or 2 case that say our police come 'after some' time when a reports was made kay. normal day take 25min to 45min when it just ONE BLOCK away and now you jump to your defend for the example 'big case' i give from some HK moive... common lar...
