Can they Stare?

Dear members,
Let me relate what happen, then please give me a fair judgement and advice thanks
THere was one morning i was driving along ubi and the traffic was heavy and i was on the left lane and wanted to go to the extreme right lane to make a turn to ubi industrial ... then i tried to filtered in to the traffic as fast as i could in order not to jam the back ... then there is one police car ... so i decide to cut infront of him ... but least that i expect he close the gap not letting me pass! i was damn shock ... but i still need to pass so i force my way in. at that time there was only one officer in the car. so after he pass one nice gentlemen behind him game me way ... then after the turn at the traffic lights ... i need to go right again ... this time he is beside me again! then i cut into his lane quite fast before he can react ... i think he got furious he over took me and came quite close to my car and give a hard brake and stared at me ...
Whoa lau i felt threaten sia ...

he is also a normal driver mah...and normal drivers do tat too...some even show yunzhongzi...oops, mi mean middle finger

well..it could be he was having a bad day...

Remember to jot down the vehicle number, the time which the incident occur and the location..

sometimes when u need to attend to ugent case, u hardly think about the rules and regulations on the road, just want to get to the scene asap
and our mission is to reach the scene within 15 minutes for ugent and 30 minutes for non ugent case
and one point, there is only one ppl in the vehicle arh??
this meant that he is either IO or some one who hold higher position than NPCO
guess the reason for him to do that is that he had a bad day
human feeling mah, sure kana affected by the work -
this is more like those typical childish driver vs driver case.......jus happen he is driving police car.......

hmmm...the most they do is drive to HQ what.. dont think they ever go to other divisions..
