Therefore, just "go with the flow"....go to line unit for 6 months, and then ask for transfer to TP. Of coz, there is no guarantee they will let you go due to manpower constraints and that kind of thing, but that is to be expected in uniformed organisations and the civil service in general mah.
As for who is a VSC.....erm.....quite a lot of quasi vsc here liaoz? -
