5 Days Week

from what i know from a friend still in PA
they have change the workings hours
they can go home every week ends
but on two days have to train till 9pm
and no walk out on wed
any comments?? -

At the end of the day.. the working hours is the same lah.. makes no much difference to those training.. anyway it does not affect me.. dont really care.. and worse i already have not got any second day for the last week.. dead tiredOriginally posted by doghouse837:from what i know from a friend still in PA

Working hours same...but at least they squeeze the working hours together so there is a longer stretch of free hours in one go? There are pros and cons to this arrangement I suppose.
Anyway seems like the SAF schools arent having this arrangement...its still 5/1/2 for BMTC etc. I suppose we will soon have more mata kias over the long term then? -
I guess it's because SAF is too large an organisation to have 5 days week for their trainees? First , a pay rise, allowance increase for all NS personnel
Secondly, NSF cut from 2 and half to 2 years.
Thridly, Now become 5 days week.
What's next? Alt Friday Off??

Just spoke to a friend who is undergoing training in TRACOM. He told me there's no alternate Friday off.
