Enlistment on 7 Apr 2009

Hi, im enlisting on apr 7 to SCDF. And i have to undergo a 7 week modified BMT.
And my medical status says C2/L9 temp for 6 months.(im having skin allergies, White spot.)
I have some questions.1. Where would i be posted to upon enlistment?
2. What would happen to me after 6months?

PES C - Fit for some operational vocations
PES C2 - Do not have to take IPPT except Regulars who are required to take Alternative Aerobic Fitness Test (AAFT)
L9 - Suitable for peacetime sedentary duties at Bases. Not fit for operational duties even in Bases

What would mostly likely be my positions in NS?

Your life in BRTC will however be relatively easy so have fun and enjoy every moment because it'll end before you know it. I feel like I enlisted just yesterday but now I find myself ensuring that every cup of coffee I make is consistent...

Yup, I've been transferred to SO Mess at HQ and I really hope to earn my place there and perhaps one day learn to cook better food hehe.

yes, you're able to upgrade your pes status..

i agree. time will pass 2x faster (if you're a medic) and 3x (if you're a firefighter/ers) -

haha.. 2 years is 2 years.. it can't hurry any faster or go any slower.
but.. it would seem faster if u had lots to do. trust me, store man is freaking boring, peaceful, but boring. but, well, the upside is, plenty of self-declared breaks, lots of nap time (how much nap can u take in a day, really?),
if u're a FF or ERS, there's training to do and stuff, so the day passes faster.. if u're at CDA, can enjoy the chicken cutlet rice at the western stall for 2 years.. yum..
