Our Company is currently looking for Part Time/ Full Time Coordinator in Real Estate Company.
Office currently located near Red Hill MRT, but going to move to a bigger office at toa payoh on 1st April.
Responsibilities:
- Hand call in clients Order management.
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients
- Ensure diligent follow up, negotiate and close deals with customers.
- Maximize sales & profits through effective negotiations
Requirements:
Self starter, highly motivated and energetic

- Min N/O Level and above.
- Self starter, highly motivated and energetic.
- Results oriented and a good team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese.
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills
