  Call Centre Service Officer

  • Always aim for 100% Customer Satisfaction, 100% Service Level, 100% Schedule Adherence, 100% Quality, minimal Average Handling Time (AHT) and acceptable percentage of Individual and Team Escalation
  • Address escalated issues from Call Centre Service Officer (Level 1 or 2) from other Contact Centers and/or cases which may be directly queued from direct and third-party clients.
  • Perform advance troubleshooting steps prior of escalation cases to Field Service Engineers (FSEs).
  • Assist the Network Operations Centre (NOC) in troubleshooting alerts from Hotels.
  • Perform troubleshooting on various VOD systems including SP, Concerto Plus and Radiance.
  • Ensure that AHT is within department standards.
  • Assist in making sure that the Team Escalation percentage is kept to a minimum.
  • Involved in the accurate preparation of the Service Logs to be presented to the different subsidiaries.
  • Monitors and tracks technical issues to ensure accurate resolutions.
  • Ensures that no complaints from the clients pertaining to the support provided will be received at all times.
  • Cater to other requests from the subsidiaries, clients, supervisors, Quality Assurance Team, Training and Development Team, and Managers on any floor performance related data/metrics.
  • Generation of reports from time to time as assigned.
  • Adhere to the strict schedule and Company policies at all times.
  • Undergo coaching sessions from the supervisors to ensure good performance all the time.
  • Might be required to work on various shifting schedules from time to time, including holidays and week-ends and may be requested to work overtime as deemed necessary by the immediate superior, based on the demands of the operations and the nature of the job.
