· Check on the cleanliness of rooms before releasing to the guests
· Assist in periodic planning of training programmes and facility inspections
· Assist in cleaning of guest room when necessary

Guest Service Executive / Assistant
- Greet and register incoming guests.
- Assist with guests’ check-in and check-out.
- Process guest folios and collect payment.
Duty Engineer
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of the Maintenance Supervisor and Technician.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule with regards to all plants, equipment & facilities.
- Prepare monthly report, monitor expenses and attend HOD meeting as necessary.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians.
- 2-3 years electrical/ plumbing/ air-conditioning experience is needed.
Concierge
- Welcome guest at the lobby.
- Handle and deliver guests’ luggage.
- Buggy of guests to guest room.
- Delivering of newspaper.
Senior/Sales Manager
- Sell function rooms, meetings, conventions and wedding packages.
- Conduct the hotel site inspection.
- Service existing customers and develop new market territories.
- Handle sales enquiries and sales quotation to customers.
- Convert sales lead into sales platform.
- To achieve revenue goals, guest satisfaction and oversee the financial performance of the department.
- 2-3 years working experience in Hospitality sales is a MUST.
Guest Service Manager
- Assist with guests’ check-in and check-out.
- Process guest folios and collect payment.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Overall in-charge in the absent of the FOM & AFOM.
- Monitor and ensure all operations are being carried out to standard and smooth operations.
- Train and guide junior staffs to ensure competencies are met and excellent service standard is provided to the guests.
- Ensuring lobby and all activities in order.
- 3-4 years front office working experience is needed.
