Plastic tote bag

Hi, does anyone know where to get those plastic tote bag, besides from Harrods? I also saw a lady carrying one with a tag that says 'Tote-to-Go', but I haven't seen it at the shops.
I like those that are open, i.e. without zipper, and has about 2-3 inch depth/thickness. I don't mind if it's brandless also, as long as it's a plastic tote bag.
