Well i now left with less than 5 months of my service might as well share this happy moments with u all about what i learn during my NSF days since i was drafted in April 2003.
The Good Things I Learn1. Learn how to haclle multi-tasking jobs by prioritising the immediate & important ones.
2. Learn how to be responsive to our superior when i face difficulties in work related problems like officers/encik use thier rank to push me for things.
3. Seek the proper channel of reporting to your superior for the right job being done.
4. Learn to accept challenges & feel proud of it when i accomplish it & get commendations from officers.......
5. Put myself into others shoes when my NSF colleagues are being streesed & dun always MC on the day of your duty watch & make your buddy to stand in for u.....
6. Must not have the dun care thinking when working with others...if u do so, bad luck for u in future.
7. Learn to interact more with senior offficers rather than junior officers in order to build a good rapport with the management level. Boot licking is a NO NO....
8. Lastly not being afraid to make mistakes in order to learn as NS phase is a place to learn from ones mistakes to prepare them for the workforce.
The Bad Things I Learn1. Test water...........
2. Change to ninja & throw smoke bomb to dissappear if my boss got PMS on that day.....
3. Take longer tea breaks if my boss is not around & that includes less ppl reporting to camp that time....hiak hiak hiak
4. Take MC if work is given last minute & unreasonably enough to finish....
That's all folks!
For the forumites here NSF or NSMEN pls share your tots on what u learn during your NS time....
