Thinking of posting out of my unit that i'm in currently....

I'm getting sian of my unit so FUCKED up wif the ppl i'm working with. My NSF life have been really sucks after 1 yr from my observation. For example like the duty activation that i kena today. This is not the first time hor.... 
the last time i kena activated the FUCKing NSF damn keng dun bother to repay me back the duty. This time is even more....screw up he MC dunno he keng or not....next month he ORD dunno will repay or not? This time i beh tahan liao....so anyone can advise me to do the procedure of posting out. -
i dun think anyone can ask for posting out at his wimp and fancy, and lousy colleagues and poor work environment more often than not gets shoot down as a reason. posting out in itself is very very hard without a valid reason (and this is likely to mean medical reason)
talk to ur boss (whoever it may be) and tell him the situation and c wat he can do lor... -
