The blackout yesterday at 2330HRS

  Yesterday the black out occured in Woodlands, Sembawang & Jurong.
  
  Nah beiz yesterday i duty my ops room kena black out must do roll call manually..........
  
  Anyone living in that area also faced this issue/problem.
