  i think it's all down to stress... her injuries caused pain and stress...
  
  remove the pain, the stress is gone, the body works better and her body chemistry changed... for the better...
  
  and a better place for conception and i guess it happened
  
  she's very happy about it

  Actually I dun really know if she is injured in someway that she can't conceive now or there's some problem with her inner body...
