  Xue jie u can get crystals mah.
  
  I always buy Swarovski crystals from Golden Dragon (People's park centre if im not wrong). Maybe you can check out with them whether they sell those shiny stubs that you are talkiing about. Can call me if u wana know how to get there.

  the crystals ar.. depends on size and shape..
  
  normal ones i use to make accessories, 4mm, 12 pcs cost $1, 72 pcs cost $4.20.

  btw, i know swarovski sells loose crystals for decoration purpose.. not flat kind.. but Swarovski Crystal Component may have tho.. and if really have, should be able to find from Golden Dragon ba..
