MSN at work?

how much is too much?
Rightfully, we are not supposed to be yakking on MSN during working hrs but as long as don't delay work, my boss is okie with it. In fact, all colleagues are using it. -

fog-shu say i am using it too much liao.
To the extent that my colleagues are just beside me, and we still have to communicate thru MSN. Maybe 40% of the time is for work and the rest is to gossip.

my MSN is always on...my boss asked me to turn it on in fact, cos sumtimes need to send files to him to be printed...
but now seldom used it to talk liao...cos me not dat close with my colleagues (those who have access to internet are the admin staff, usually to talk with teachers I just open my mouth and talk )...then my dear's workplace started to monitor MSN conversations liao, so cannot use it to talk to him now

but nobody to talk to la.. so basically park in there only
