i got this colleague of mine going off after her contract ends in the 1st wk of july.... i gotta take over her work n stuff....
but everyday she say she so busy then teach me abit n abit only....
then throw those things like photocopy, archive filing for me to do....
she got lots of filing nv do leh....
inbound docs from last yr april.... outbound docs from last yr oct
export permit from jan'07....
i donno wat the hell she was doing oso....
then after throw me so many things.... she everyday go n chit chat with other colleagues....
can purposely call me over juz to give me a stack of PO n invoices to photocopy... damn it.... then she continue to talk talk talk........
somemore yesterday after lunch she call me to go cover the front desk for her bcos she wanna discuss something with another colleague who is having lunch in the pantry... when i go out to cover.... she go into the pantry n start chating n laughing loudly.... play quiz she print out from the net at the same time..... wa lao.... i was so damn fed up....
wan to leave oredi instead of handing over her things nicely n teach me wat i;m suppose to do... like those monthly report.... she do this to me....
after she left then i donno how to do then how????????? -
got another thing more fed up is after her contract end.... they wanna convert her to perm....
my contract oso ending soon.... but if they don wanna convert me to perm they wan me to sign another yr of contract.... i will tell them i will leave....
no point loh.... if they think i'm no good so don wan to convert me then i stay here oso no point.... i cannot help them they oso cannot give me wat i wan.... no more job satisfaction.....
tat kind of pple can convert.... i cannot.... haahahaa........... fuckk lah -

by going to interview u oso wont noe how the pple r, whether they will appreciate ur effort or not... or whether u can cope or not....

just kena.. the guy actually hid away the files in the recycling bag... resigned and walked off without handing anything over...
he's now employed in Dubai.. where we figure he'll piss off someone and get physically killed there
