'GREEDY' LIFT ROBBER KEPT ASKING FOR MORE
A MAN held a lift door open for someone who called out to him at Block 201, Boon Lay Drive, last Saturday afternoon. But that man pulled a knife on him as soon the lift got going and demanded money.
The victim handed over all the money in his wallet. But that was not enough for the robber, who ordered the victim to hand over his gold ring and watch as well. Not satisfied even then, the robber asked if he had a mobile phone. The victim did not.
The robber got away with $42 in the wallet, and a watch and a gold ring, each worth about $100.
THIS news tell us dont be so KINDHEARTED to wait for people to take lift together.mus remember a robber can b a chiobu aso!esp to those lau ta bor....see chiobu wit tua neh neh wait for them then kana robbed or hypotise..HAHAHAAa ....bt actualy i always wait for ppl as form of courtesy...hw to prevent tis to happen??
for me i am so old..lau ah ma...mus protect myself frm being robbed...nwadays robber getting more n more low class....$20 aso wana rob....i always hold my KEy on my palms then can poke poke the eyes...if worst come i dig out his eyes

ROBBER THREW CHILLI POWDER AT VICTIM'S EYES
A ROBBER threw chilli powder at his victim's eyes to mar her vision before escaping with her bag.
The victim, who was on her way home after work, was at the void deck of Block 160, Woodlands Street 13, when the suspect attacked, around 10pm last Saturday.
He threw more chilli powder at her when she tried to open her eyes.
Fearing for her safety, the woman in her 30s threw her bag on the floor, allowing the robber to make off with it.
The bag contained her wallet, which held $40, her POSB ATM card, identity card, other personal items, and a cellphone.
WOW THIS robber like to eat chilli....abit like my pattern i curry he chilli sia...so i say mah...this news telling us go out must always wear sunglasses or for more kiasu people can wear GOGGLES to protect ur eyes

i use to go hm in the wee hrs of the nite last time and am not at all scared... but now dunno if its abt me getting older and less bold, or i got more timid... i m actually worried abt going hm late nowadays......
