nw postage nt over 20g is 23 cents..last time oni 22cents...then nt over 40 g is 31 cents.....wow lau.....y increase price for postage sia.....

rightfully, those local stamps are still valid. each stamp contains adequate value to deliver your mail, be it the current charge is at 22, 23 or even 30 cents.

If they're old they still can be used. All you need is to buy 1 cent stamps for the increment in postage rates.
So dun throw them away... if you had, you can say bye bye! -
