knowing that he or she won't return you tht favor...?
if he or she keep repeatedly ask u to help..and expect u to help him or her everytime...will you still continue to help? -
help from bottom of ur heart......dun expect anything in return.......tts true "help"

i know of some ppl tt wanna be hero all the time.....went all out to help ppl but land himself in trouble........ -
ya.. help by all means if you can..
but if he ends up needing your help all the time, then you've not really helped him at all.. -
teach a man how to fish.......so u dun have to be feeding him all the time........
sometimes it's hard to reject, esp when ur fren oredi kai kou to ask for ur help........(money issues) -
if its within my means y not? but if it became a habit instead then i will 'file' it under case by case basis lor

help him once, if he comes back for help and its the same old thing....then i think u can ask him F Spider liao....i know some guys, lectures dun wanna attend, 1 day before exam/text come bug u. u help him liao he will pester u from then on....know who needs your help, should be helped and who is could be helped but shouldn't be helped.

but if i feel tt person is taking mi for granted i will jus ignore tt person -

if i help someone, i don't really expect him/her to return the favour, but i don't want to be taken for granted... i muz feel some appreciation lah..
and if that person buey paiseh keep coming back asking for help, out of the goodness of my heart
i may continue to help if i continue to feel appreciated or if i'm irritated then i will kao peh and tell that person to do it him/herself..
a better way might be to teach that person the solution of the problem so next time he/she can help him/herself

one does not need to be compensated for helping esp if the person realli needs help. this is the basis of voluntarism, and love.
