  FOR THE PAST MORE THAN ONE HOUR I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO BOOK BLOODY TICKETS FROM THEM!!!!!!!

  i dont think its anything to do with the public holiday. GV and cathay are totally ok. only those LOUSY, STUPID, INCOMPETENT, BLOODY USELESS PIECE OF SHIT eng wah and shaw! worse still that eng wah phone booking is like totally useless too - either it rings to no end or it cannot go through!
  
  i am so going to complain to eng wah about this for all the distress its LOUSY, STUPID, INCOMPETENT, BLOODY USELESS PIECE OF SHIT systems have caused me, and how it has jeopardised my plans, thinking that i could have booked tickets either online or through the phone!

  Despite the holiday thingy, it's no excuse for not so frindly click-throughs. I have tried using Eng Wah online booking before too and the experience is not good at all. Site is slow and the booking system pales compare to Cathay or GV.
  
  They are losing and keeping away ppl from booking online to EW cinemas if the situation dun improve.
  
  GV's online booking system is the friendliest and intuitiveness amongst them. I also like the fact that they send you a email abt ya booking details and you can come back online to check ya booking by providing the confirmation ID.
