  Have you ever wonder what the customer services officers said after hanging up your complaint calls?
  
  ‘Stupid idiot!’
  ‘Fark you back!’
  ‘Stupid asshole!’
  
  Just to name a few.
  
  And remember, they have ur address, contact nos, IC nos, etc.

  By the way from what I know most customer services department have a ‘Blacklisted’ namelist to warn each other about nasty customers.

  in my previous job, after i hang up he fone with the customer
  if they really piss me off..i will scold them ..grumble to my colleague..

  but some customers also quite bad..
  they think they are the paying customer..pay tht little money like very big shot..
  wan this wan tht .....extra money dun wan to pay and expect the best service..
  
  but they dun understand sometimes we don't have the authority to do certain things..and we can't cater to all the different needs..
  
  i hate it when customers say things like..'every company now talking about customer service and why your company so rigid..'

  i actuali met with ridiculous customer who say things like..threaten to publish in newspaper if the delivery is not send before certain time...
  
  still got once..got this guy call and ask whether we accept 5 cents. I say we do...den he say wan to complain because 1 of outlet don't...he bought $2++ worth of 5 cents and expect the outlet to accept....realyl very funni..
