ez-link Bug

Just a minor bug for you all to notice (some of you may have noticed)
I spotted a 'bug' in the ez-link system. My card contains a value of -$1.31 and I am aware of this all along. However, I am using Concession Pass ($52 bus only) all this while. When I tap the ez-link card, it shows me "Welcome and have a nice day".
When I tap out before exiting the bus, it will show me my value, which is -$1.31. However, I usually don't tap out when I leave the bus, as I am using concession pass, it's not compulsory for me to tap out. This gives my card a even higher negative value. On one occassion, I did not tap out and when I top-up my card with $10, the value is shown as $7.16. This means that my card has a negative value of $2.84. From $1.31 to $2.84?
However, after tapping the card again, my value will be restored to $8.69. This does not affect my real value in the card, but just a defect.
The system works in a way that if you do not tap out, the system will minus a full fare on your card (it seemed to minus even for concession pass but will restore once the user tap in or out again).
Works only for Tertiary/Sec/JC/Primary ez-link cards. Go try it.

i sometimes forgt to tap out...mostly getting down the bus forgt wher i put my ezlink card...then deduct whole journey cost...#$@

By right, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO TAP YOUR CARD when alighting. In the 1st place, ask Transitlink... For credit payment of concession (Not e stamp), if you forgot to tap when alighting, you can forgo your rebates especially when taking JB bound buses... You would be paying $1.35 instead of $0.45.... So when is this not complusory???

just for their info lar.. our value in the card still same.. only that you need to re-tap to get the 'lost' value back...

r u sure concession dey will still deduct the value frm ur card? when i use my concession, it will show "pass usage" when u tap in and dey wun deduct frm the value of ur card wat...

i use coin mostly is when i forget to top up
den very lazy go top up..coz sometimes i go sch..i won't pass by any machine for topping up..den must specially go to interchange a bit troublesome for me.. -
concession.. u pay for month then its for the month le..u take bus wont - money..
only if u take mrt..
u go up.. it say what...have a nice day or something forgot liao..
when u go down ..(u nth to do or what) u want to tap also can
then it will show u..the remaining..money u have in the card..but i dont think they - money lor..if not...
