Maybe you could try to plan your time better so that you won't have to stay up late to complete projects or rush to meet deadlines?
As the common saying goes... work hard and play hard.
Try to be focused - when you're working on your project, make sure you concentrate on it, and when you're relaxing e.g. watching a movie, focus on relaxing and try hard not to think about the project. Then productivity will rise.
Balance is key lah. But it's an acquired skill.
I haven't mastered it yet though
When I'm stressed, I have camomile tea and have a good sleep. And I really try not to think about the issue that puts pressure on me when I'm doing something else. I indulge myself in comfort-food... which, sometimes, are actually healthy food like fruits and clear soups (because I believe eating healthily makes one feel better!).
