  Go check out the CDANS club near BBDC, you'll understand. One of their rifle club member is one of Miss Singapore finalist.

  Anyone can join, just join as their social member. I am with the navy and I joined them for the archery club there.

  Yeah man... anyone, even the public. Social members are for anyone who's not in the civil defence... aka the rest of the world... you... me... even my dog!
  You guys get the pic now?
  Social membership is different from actual membership, insense... there are restrictions to their general facilities, unless you join clubs. Actual members can use their facilities anytime since the club is meant for them.
  Like me, since I joined their archery club, I can go to the club anytime, no restrictions... only the club.
  Let's say I wanna join their golf club or something, so I'll need to pay more to join the golf club... and get anytime acess to the place.

  that i called up cdans if i remember, to join the shooting club or archery, they told me public cannot.

  Ofcause the public cannot...
  first you gotta join CDANS as a social member.
  Then you gotta go to the clubs for initial lessons.
  Then you join the clubs.
  Then and only then you can shoot all you want.
