Tired of TV ads.

Singaporeans with TVs in their households or TVs and radios in their vehicles are required to acquire a television licence. However, advertising air-time remains high at around 15 minutes of advertising every hour. The cost of the TV licence for a household in Singapore is $110 Additional licences are required for radios and TVs in vehicles still required. What the hell is the point of us paying $110 when the main objective of that licence is to allow public broadcasters to transmit programmes without, or with only supplemental, funding from radio and television commercials. Another problem I have with Medicorp is that the ads they broadcast are not ads sponsored by some company wanting to sell their products. The bulk of it are advertisments showing you what time our "favourite" programme start. Well, if we wanted to know what time our "favourite" programme starts, We could have jolly well looked at the TV guide. The $110 we pay does not fund Mediacorp, but it is daylight robbery. Does anyone else agree?

Also radio and computer and laptop. Pay $110 per year cover all, including your MP3 and handphone.
Don't forget nowadays handphone got radio. They catch you, you cannot escape one.

$110 is too high. pay $110 to fund propaganda on the media as well.
if dun pay, they will send the staff to issue the licence pay note to the doorstep
