Qiao Feng most senior follow by Hong Qi Gong then Huang Rong. Actually after Guo Jing, the xiang long shi ba zhang downgrade to 15 liao. cause the next one in the line not powerful to master all 18. In fact, he only assumed Du Gu Qiu Bai was during Dong Xie and the rest time or even slightly earlier only.
Since our Bei Gai is the oldest and the only person he really lost was Nan Di Zhong Shen Tong Wang Chong Yang, we can safely assumed that it was at least 70 to 90 years ago.
