sounds like you're suffering burnout.. of some sort..
if you read this somewhen today, it'll be too late to plan for thursday.. how about the weekend? i'm trying to scam a day off on saturday so i can go to sentosa.. they'll probably knock off there by eventide.. i can go home, get showered, and out again..
or sunday?
and what would you like to feast on?

as for saturday evening, i have delusions of spending the late evening at a pub watching the footy.. so wanna? can have pub grub the whole night? you sound kinda down so c'mon, enjoy the pub grub a little.. it's unhealthy and WONDERFUL to eat!

perfect balm for the troubled soul

it's Muddy Murphy's... the place is nice, open-air, a bit rowdy, has a big screen tv for the footy...
think some of them can attest to how nice the place is

or sunday roast lunch there? the spread is WICKED!

or both

and if sunday, maybe help me with opinions of a watch after lunch? coz i really need a watch

Burnout?
Noooooooo!
I'm a-OK!!

Well... guess it's all about getting used to the new people, about me having to not be a spoilt brat, me having to stop comparing so much between the old branch and the new branch.
I suppose... if I never go, I'll never grow.
However... I'm still pondering over whether I should submit the letter to HR. The customers at Chinatown really-really-really freak me out.
Being in the service line means I have to take whatever customers who come my way, but at the rate I'm going, I think customers are going to start closing their UOB accounts.

I don't understand a word they say and it has led to quite a bit of misunderstandings over the past few days. And... language is not a thing I think I can pick up over work, especially when it's so fast-paced.

Phew.
I think I'll work there for a few more days and think about it.
The new colleagues aren't so bad. I've got terrific people here, and I've got some not-so-friendly folks too.
If I continue working at Chinatown, I'll put on weight.

I just found a bakery that sells yummy mini breads.

Dinner? Hmm dinner.... I dunno. I'm quite lazy to plan.

I can't go to Sentosa tomorrow because it's mommy's birthday. Maybe someone would like to plan a drink-coffee session so I can read my book?

I bought a new book!
