We no need to do that .... just more fruit and vegi will do .

all you need is take prebiotic to increase your probiotic , the probiotic in your intestine will balance them for you ... not only that can help to to absorb better. I now going 40 year old, I still have hi calcium, i no need to take any calcium tablet.
Prebiotic is the answer.
I been taking prebiotic that for 2 year and it work, i no need to give up all the good food.
