Wanton Mee
After lunch,
1) 1 hot tea to rinse down the oil or fats
2) 2 cups of water to flush the toxins
Dinner
1) Steak - once a week
2) Pasta - once a week
3) Jap - once a week
4) Mom's cooking of chinese dishes(fish + veg + meat) with rice and soup - three/four times a week
5) Thai/Viet/Indian/Korean - once a week
After dinner,
Fruits + green tea
Glass of water before I sleep.
