  What I want and require :
  
  A single window. Forum that cover specialise in govt policy discussion and reviews. Open to public browsing but membership strictly via invitation. Able to support 50 ~ 100 members accounts. No frills required. Just something basic. Bids by agencies prefered. Pls pm me if you are interested. I want to know the estimated costs and your credentials.
