Some of the tender specifications here are cut and paste. The tender drawing and specifications do not match one another. After checking with most of the specifiers, they don't even know what it were, how they look like or what exactly they wants. They will just simply say, submit your Shop Drawing with QP endossement. The contractor, manufacturer or the QP
European designers are different, they are the contractor, deisgner and QP - "BAO KA LIAO". Before they start their project, they seek & listen to all kind of opinoin and advices. However, some here like to act smart and pretend they knows alot. How can anyone of us here knows all the trades?
