Russia's Transaero Airlines starts flights from Changi

  SINGAPORE: Russia's Transaero Airlines has become the seventh new airline this year to start flights from Changi Airport.
  
  It will fly once a week non-stop between Moscow and Singapore, re-establishing a link between Changi Airport and the Russian capital.
  
  The new service comes as both sides signalled a readiness to step up bilateral business links.
  
  In fact, on 15 October, Russia's biggest association of small and medium-sized enterprises signed a memorandum of understanding with the Singapore Business Federation to pave the way for greater co-operation beween their business communities.
  
  Apart from Transaero Airlines, the other airlines which started operations at Changi Airport this year are First Cambodia Airlines, Shandong Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Thai AirAsia, ValuAir and Tiger Airways. - CNA

  Meanwhile, Transaero is planning to start flights between St. Petersburg and Singapore next year.

  If I remember correctly, there's no one who mentioned about Maritime Southeast Asia.
  
  Anyway, how do you classify Maritime Southeast Asia? The ones completely covered by sea? If so, Malaysia isn't. If yes, then what about the Philippines?

  Maritime SEA is actually termed in as abt countries that are in the Straits of Malacca... Philippines no, up nth liao

  With regards to my post about SU's flight to BKK and UN's flights to SIN, does anyone mentioned about the absence of air links between Moscow and Maritime Southeast Asia?
