very hard one, NParks or any govt. related authorities can't patrol the parks 24 hours a day to stop people from anyhow throwing rubbish. And maybe our parks will end up like Natl. Stadium after NDP.Originally posted by sbst275:Think this is the best way to learn to be responsible...

CAMPING RULES EASED
THE National Parks Board (NParks) is easing camping regulations next month, making permits more easily obtainable and opening up more camping sites.
From next Wednesday, campers at five NParks campsites - Changi Beach Park, East Coast Park, Pasir Ris Park, Sembawang Park and West Coast Park - will not have to obtain permits in advance.
In addition, NParks is also opening up previously closed areas in East Coast Park, Pasir Ris Park and West Coast Park, allowing campers to pitch tents wherever they wish.
Previously, campers had to obtain a free permit at least five days in advance, which had to be displayed outside their tent.
