  But any thing that is lacking in Punggol still?

  Petrol Kiosk
  Polyclinic
  Cinema ( not even SKG or HGN got )
  Swimming Complex
  Sports Complex
  Town centre
  Direct buses to Woodlands and Yishun
  
  But when the town is fully developed, all these will come to reality.
