SINGAPORE : The repeat telecast of the "Affairs of the Heart" charity programme will be used to raise donations for tsunami victims.
The Singapore Heart Foundation, which is behind the show, has set up a "Tsunami Heart Relief Fund" and the funds collected will be forwarded to the Singapore Red Cross.
The show will be telecast on 1 January from 3.30pm to 6.30pm on MediaCorp TV's Channel 8.
Affairs of the Heart, which was first shown on 26 December, was part of the Singapore Heart Foundation's biennial fund-raising drive and raised about S$2.2 million.
Viewers can make S$38 donations to the "Tsunami Heart Relief Fund" by calling the hotline at 1900-1128838.
Singapore Red Cross will channel the funds to earthquake and tsunami victims in the affected countries. - CNA
