  As reported in Shin Chiew Jit Poh, many lorries that go to SG are forced to pump expensive disel here.
  
  As disel price is 150% more ex than in MY.
  
  Shortage is partly due to KL tightening control of supply of disel to prevent smuggling as petrol in MY is 40% subsidised by KL
