SINGAPORE: The corporatisation of CISCO has been completed.
This with the legislative transfer of the businesses and obligations of CISCO to CISCO Security, a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings.
In a statement CISCO Security said it is fully committed to provide professionalism and high standards that the statutory board has established in the last 33 years.
Moving forward, CISCO Security said it will strive to remain as Singapore's leading commercial security organisation. - CNA /dt
