ASEAN scholarships

  It seems that students in ASEAN countries try their best to get the scholarship and study in SG...
  
  I know of Malaysian Chinese trying very hard to study in SG and progress here for a better life...

  i heard is bcos they are unable to get into the prestigious uni in their own country so "bo bian"......come to singapore......for the reputation of getting a "foreign degree"

  MY there now at least need SG degree... With english...
  
  MY degree no more recongised... And worst, they are Chinese, no chance into getting MY uni... Lots of them are scolding MY govt very chao

  At least those MY students, they treasure such opportunity as their parents can hardly afford SG uni fees not to say daily expenses in SG

  Many never return back to MY, anyway their parents dun want them to go back... Many esp the ladies marry SG men and settle here

  It seems that these ASEAN scholarship gets us foreign talent....
