Improving Service Standard

  I see some iniatives from NTUC or some other corp organisation, they are not realistic though they are in the service sector
  
  Like sourcing for more products, NTUC does for this for once, but aft the campaign, back to their old style
  
  Others, have to wait and see

  Seriously, NTUC still lag behind food safety and pricing of goods
  
  Another issue is how it deals with compeition, their attitude sucks
