his wife has since been exiled back to the philippines. -
he was silly. he should know that the govt is against unskilled workers marrying into singapore.
when queried the MOM refused to provide the statistics pertaining to such cases.
chances are nobody managed to convince the govt to legalise the marriage. -
i believe the govt dont give approvals to people who marry vietnamese too.

it used to be enough to marry a foreign bride if you have a diploma. i wonder how much the rules have changed.
