  Sugar confiscated by Customs at CIQ
  
  Regulation wef 21 Apr, sugar is not allowed to take taken out of Malaysia
  
  Cooking oil still limit is 2kg per person

  They said the rule was in effect since 1998

  I understand that their government subsidise a lot. Hence, cannot subsidise us.

  essential item are always barrred fro leaving the country
  since sugar price increase..so must increase fine too
